At Sunny Southeast Yoga, we believe in providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. Some yogas more challenging than others


Our yoga styles include 


  • Vinyasa Flow - yoga poses moving on the breath, challenging the body and our balance,  moving seamlessly through breath
  • Ashtanga Yoga is one of the more challenging yogas - a traditional yoga that combines physical postures & breathing techniques
  • Yoga Sculpt - a fun yoga mixing exercise and yoga, sometimes using weights. A mix of toning fitness exercises morphed together with yoga poses
  • Restorative Yoga - this yoga is what is says, it restores you, giving you time in poses to breath and stretch - bringing a sense of calm back in to your life
  • Sport Specific Flexibility Yoga - a challenging yoga, not through hard poses but through releasing tight muscles - hips, hamstrings & shoulders in particular. We use tennis balls for trigger point work - you feel amazing afterwards (hot tub essential after this one!)

All retreats are held 10am - 1pm in Gorey Hill, Gorey in a new private Yoga Studio


There is parking for a limited number of cars but there is free parking close by


9.50am Arrive & settle in to your spot


10am First Yoga Session starts


11am a little break to catch your breath, get some air


11.05am Second Yoga Session 

Relaxation & Head Massage


12.10pm Healthy snacks followed by dip in Hot Tub if you wish or sit and chat in the pergola

You can do 4 sessions over 1 month or 8 sessions over 2 months


What to bring

You can bring your own yoga mat but there are mats/props provided. Bring a swimsuit if you wish to use the hot tub. Bring a water bottle which you can fill. Flip flops are easiest footwear to move about in. All sessions will be screened for injuries but if you wish to email anything privately you may do so. Please mention any dietary restrictions when booking.
